You never caught BK’s finest sputtering out apologies in ALL CAPS on the Internet. Sadly, maybe the worst thing about West’s tantrums is that they’re generally followed by these pathetic pleas for forgiveness. He apologized to Entertainment Weekly and the American Music Awards. He apologized to all the smelly hippies at Bonnaroo for going on too late (we didn’t know hippies had curfews), and he apologized to the city of Sacramento for identifying it as “Seattle” while he was on tour. And, perhaps most egregiously, he apologized to Jared Leto (whom he referred to as “Jaret Leto”) for fronting on him and his music. C’mon, Kanye, we all front on Jaret.

For one thing, Beyonce's video was not that great. I love her music and thought she really showed a lot of class bringing Taylor back out to have her moment. Beyonce's video "If I Were A Boy" was the video that should have been nominated. It was a very creative video. "Single Ladies" was not creative or different at all, though it was well choreographed. However, being a man, I loved watching it.

I posted on the 16th (JL)and have a few observations after reading the posts that followed. West's actions had nothing to do with race, award nominee's or musical genres. It all comes down to adult behavior and class. Sadly, he's learned nothing of the above given his repeated tirades, disrespect and rude actions.

Kanye is like all other artists, he is quirky. He is not right in the brain sometimes. Sometimes when one uses ones mouth instead of thinking first, stuff comes out that smells bad. It was unfair for his opinion to be said in that forum. Taylor Swift is not America's Sweetheart, she is a good singer who is and has a lot of talent. Everyone is entitled to their opionions, but that was not the time or place to say them. Taylor was mortified, and rightly so, he was lucky he said that to her and not to another performer who would have reacted differently.
